Our purpose is to help keep vital bridge electronics operational and thereby your vessels on the move so they stay on hire and operating to maximise commercial capacity.
Marine electronic faults and failures could mean a ship facing increased hazards, and delays with mounting costs through periods spent off hire.
No matter how minor or major the issue, we work to provide the antidote to such incidents, to ensure the vessel’s bridge electronics are compliant, working safely and efficiently.
We remain flexible and active, working to solve your problem as promptly, efficiently and, most importantly, as effectively as possible - 24/7, 365 days a year.
A wider range of key services give you virtually any number of flexible options.
As seasoned professionals and now members of the Aage Hempel Group our ad Hoc repairs, spares and contract maintenance services offer you capabilities, experience and know how rarely found elsewhere.
As part of an international group we work closely and directly with our suppliers and our global network, including all major equipment manufacturers and services in all key ports across the world.
Wherever you operate we provide all the experience, expertise, skills and know-how needed when and wherever you need them.
And all with worldwide accreditation and trained personnel to deal with virtually any make and type of marine electronics.
Communications and navigational equipment are some of the most vital tools of your trading capability.
Keeping that equipment and your systems working is our speciality, limiting your risk and reducing your costs.
If this happens things could start to get critical, which is why we have introduced “Critical Cover”* to our range of Bridge Electronics Maintenance options.
The loss of key bridge electronics equipment could mean downtime.
To help avoid and deal with such an event we have created a special Budget Bridge Electronics Maintenance contract we call Critical Cover*.
It is designed to maintain and repair key specified equipment such as Radar, ECDIS and Gyros, all mandatory items of navcom required for compliance.
Starting from $2500 per radar, Critical Cover is intended to cover a limited number of vital equipment and is another possible option in flexible choices in our Blue Ribbon range of Bridge Electronics Maintenance Contracts.
Its fixed fee contract for the repair of specific highly vulnerable equipment means no major surprises and minimises both cost and risk and is part of our Blue Ribbon budget stabilising services. It does not require a full maintenance contract and is therefore more economical.
Critical Cover plays an important role with prompt proactive worldwide support for key compliant equipment.
For all Navigation, Communications and Safety Equipment we are able to source and supply all types and makes of equipment for delivery, installation, many from stock strategically located for the most efficient and effective response.
Worldwide Supply
We stock over €3.5 million in new Equipment and Spare Parts of all major manufacturers, which is constantly updating, to match as closely as possible, current market trends.
Sixty Years of experience in the Maritime Electronics industry have shown us how to be as responsive as possible to our customer’s needs.
Rapid Response Commonly needed spares and new equipment are stored strategically in all our offices around the world to ensure quick response with a first time fix. In addition to our large stock, and for logistical reasons, when necessary, spares are sourced from the closest supply so as to minimise the vessel’s downtime.
